The Dropshippers can be individual or whole business that easily market/promote  and sell the product that can meet customer satisfaction

Roles: Dropshippers actually process/Handling the customer order, keep their best possible records, Keep communication about updates like shipping and delays, and also provide tracking updates regarding customer's specific orders.

High Delivery Ratio: Removing error (seeking from previous failure) and maintain smooth communication with customer can provide high delivery ration.

 

Courier Company: 

Courier Company like TCS, Leapard, M&P, etc these all are responsible for physical delivery of products from wholeseller, supplier or dropshipping platform to final customer.

Roles: Making sure delivery are on time, tracking customer orders, checking addresses, manage return, keep communication with target person.

High Delivery Ration: If service is fast and reliable, keep communication with customer, if courier employee is being monitored and evaluate, then delivery ration can be high.

 

HHC Dropshipping:

making sure the right product is shipped on time, keep the product in stock, and working with reliable and trusted couriers, also help the customer regarding checking of addresses.

 

Roles: Making sure that most selling products is available in stock, making sure that the courier is well trusted and reliable in market, must reduce human errors is key result toward better higher delivery ration.






To check why delivery fail, or was late, first look at the order detail, tracking information, and communication like messages between the dropshippers, suppliers and couriers. Then see, if there were any mistake in orders, delays in shipping or address problem. Finally check the courier work, i.e. tracking issues, missed delivery attempts, or other reason for the delay.

In my opinion the technique can investigate the actual cause up to some extent.

As i know not only paid marketing is enough i will try to boost my store, my business also rely on organic reach. That's why i will care about SEO optimization.
